Integrated Reading Curriculum (IRC)
Our Servant Leader Interns learn about their cultural as they teach our scholars during IRC. This is an intergenerational learning program 20% Reading Level Growth and 80% Reading Retention.

Drop Everything and Read Time
This is a time for scholars to read a book of their choice, in a location of their choice and in a position of their choice. Older scholars can read to younger scholars and younger scholars can read to adults.
